Your role
This role is to support the HSE and Facility Team in creating a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment for all employees.
This involves implementing and monitoring HSE programs, conducting regular facility inspections, supporting maintenance activities, and security measures, and working on sustainability initiatives.
As an intern, your responsibilities include:
Assisting with Inspections: Conducting HSE inspections, identifying hazards, and participating in facility walkthroughs to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and best practices.
Facility Management: Supporting maintenance coordination with the Facility Coordinator and working on projects related to building infrastructure and operations.
Documentation and reporting: Helping to maintain HSE and Facility records, preparing reports on HSE metrics, and contributing to the documentation of HSE procedures and programs.
Training Support: Assisting in coordination of HSE training programs, creating training materials, and potentially even participating in or leading safety training sessions for employees.
Project supports: Contributing to facility improvement projects, participating in the planning and execution of HSE initiatives, and assisting with the implementation of new HSE programs.
Emergency Response Preparation: Participating in emergency response drills, helping to develop emergency response plans, and being involved in maintaining safety equipment and supplies.
Research and Analysis. Conducting research on HSE and facility-related topics, analyzing data related to HSE metrics, and contributing to the development of HSE and facility improvement strategies.

Bachelor’s in Health and Safety Studies /Environmental Studies /Facility Management related or similar
