Your role

• This role is to support the HSE and Facility Team in creating a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment for all employees.
• This involves implementing and monitoring HSE programs, conducting regular facility inspections, supporting maintenance activities, and security measures, and working on sustainability initiatives.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with Inspections: Conducting HSE inspections, identifying hazards, and participating in facility walkthroughs to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and best practices.
• Facility Management: Supporting maintenance coordination with the Facility Coordinator and working on projects related to building infrastructure and operations.
• Documentation and reporting: Helping to maintain HSE and Facility records, preparing reports on HSE metrics, and contributing to the documentation of HSE procedures and programs.
• Training Support: Assisting in coordination of HSE training programs, creating training materials, and potentially even participating in or leading safety training sessions for employees.
• Project supports: Contributing to facility improvement projects, participating in the planning and execution of HSE initiatives, and assisting with the implementation of new HSE programs.
• Emergency Response Preparation: Participating in emergency response drills, helping to develop emergency response plans, and being involved in maintaining safety equipment and supplies.
• Research and Analysis. Conducting research on HSE and facility-related topics, analyzing data related to HSE metrics, and contributing to the development of HSE and facility improvement strategies.
