Students will apply for the internship of their interests and send in their profile (the link will lead them to emailing the person in charge) and we will go through the screening process and selected students will be invited down for a digital Hirevue interview and a panel interview; 1 round with Hiring Manager.
We have 2 intakes for our internship programme (Jan- June, July – Dec) and typically start the hiring process about 3-4 months before. Interns go through a 6 months programme incorporating structured and experiential learning with holistic support systems .
Each student will have 3 rotations of 8 months each, within a 2-year program. The details of the rotations/Stint which will be determined before SGP commences on 1st June 2021. Each student will have 3 different learning journeys and milestones within the program, depending on the track chosen– Rotations/ Specialization. As Singapore is our regional HQ for EAJ countries, some of the roles are country, regional or global role with larger exposure & scope. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre. "
