Your role

In this role, you will have the key responsibilities below:

• Learn and Innovate: Embark on a journey to understand and contribute to transformative Organization Enabling Network initiatives, focusing on areas such as:
  • Talent Programs and Workforce Initiatives
  • Communications and Engagement
• Support and Execute: Dive into the heart of key initiatives by assisting in their planning, execution, and evaluation. This includes:
  • Designing and crafting communications and presentations in a creative way
  • Administer and ensure that all logistics of the program are executed within a timeline
  • Collaborating with agile teams to drive impactful change
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with diverse cross-functional teams to brainstorm and create innovative solutions.
• Additional Support: Be prepared to lend a hand in various other support activities and initiatives as needed to keep the momentum going.

Training & development

Roche provides specialized internship programs and practical placements across various fields. As an intern, you will take charge of your projects, learn to take initiative, gain direct experience with their operations and procedures, and experience the dynamics of working with team members and diverse stakeholders.
