Your role

In this role, you will have the main responsibilities below:

  • Screen CVs: Review incoming resumes and applications assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
  • Report Generation: Assist in creating recruitment reports and analytics, tracking key metrics such as candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Build Pipeline: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Send LinkedIn Emails: Craft and send personalized outreach messages to potential candidates on LinkedIn, engaging them in conversations about career opportunities at Roche.

About you

If you're interested in applying to this position, you need to meet the requirements below:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Available for five (5) months internship
