Your role

In this position, you will have the responsibilities below:

• Assisting in completing the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist.
• New floor setup of IT equipment
• New Hire IT Onboarding tasks
• Assisting with IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tools, and asset management documentation
• Assisting as a backup for the Site IT Operations Specialist for the daily tasks of handling user issues.
