Your role

At Roche Diagnostics, the Customer Support Intern (Medical Application) plays a crucial role in enhancing the healthcare ecosystem. This intern is tasked with executing the customer support strategy effectively, coordinating closely with various stakeholders. They are expected to think broadly, considering the global healthcare landscape to drive better health outcomes swiftly and effectively. As an intern:

• You are assisting to perform and install application setup
• You are responsible for troubleshooting support and evaluation
• You are assisting in conduct operator training for customer and internal team members aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and provide efficient customer support.

The length of the internship will vary according to business needs

About you

Qualifications required for this internship:

• You are an undergraduate with a minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in biomedical sciences, bioengineering, biochemistry, medical laboratory technology, or any related discipline
• You possess a good understanding of basic laboratory techniques and principles.
• You have experience in the planning, execution, and analysis of laboratory data.
• You are efficient, organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• You are able to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• You are a team player demonstrated by the ability to receive and provide feedback professionally thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
• You have an ongoing interest in digital services, industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• You possess a strong work ethic and an understanding of the importance of quality customer service
• IT experience will be an added advantage
