Your role

As a Supply Chain Intern at Heineken Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Assist the NPI, brewing project, and Toucan projects with technological validation & procedure establishment, including trial and test arrangement, procedure updates, and training.
• Contributes to the execution of all the work and activities in the Brewing department (related to technology and quality) in accordance with HEINEKEN Safety, Food Safety, and Sustainability standards.
• Implements HEINEKEN safety standards.
• Implementing technological requirements of the recipes and Heineken standard in NPI, brewing projects, and Toucan.
• Creation of procedures after the validation processes
• Reports any deviation from Heineken brewing process standards (for own area of responsibility).
• Executing the projects according to TPM's way of working, i.e. creating the process training material/project plans according to AM and PQ 
• Collects and processes all needed data in order to create relevant Brewing information/reports (in line with the responsibility).
• Owns information and data in his / her area and uses reporting data for performance improvement proposals

Training & development

Heineken Malaysia provides training to develop job and other skills such as Excel and PowerPoint, presentation skills, and tax / GST training. In addition, you will be exposed to real-life projects, supported by a line manager who will guide and coach you throughout your journey.
