Job Description

Role Description:

To support the Modern Off-Trade Analyst Manager in analytical pieces, routine reporting, and analyses. The role may have requirements in managing administrative work - i.e. processing account's financial commitments to retailers/ 3rd parties but will not be the core component

Main Responsibilities:

General reporting & routine analysis on:
Ex-B / Ex-D volume
Retail audit data 
Account scan sales
Trade hygiene metrics
Support MOFT Analyst Manager in gathering competitor intel, forecast & Pricing analysis, and any other Adhoc tasks
Merchandizer Agency Management
Support in elevating current data structures and systems
Support SKAM/KAM to complete administrative processes needed to ensure proper work process & documentation of managing accounts ie. Credit Memo, Rebates claims, Sales Order creation, etc

Critical Experiences and Competencies (Skills, knowledge, and behaviors):

• Education: Any degree but preferably marketing/economics / business-related field
• Language: Good English is critical - other local languages are a plus

Technical competences:

• Microsoft Office
• Intermediate Excel skills - should be able to do pivots, formularize dashboards, and if not be resourceful in learning how to make processes on excel more efficient
• Knowledge of data tools such as PowerBI, and Tableau is an added advantage

• General customer, channel, portfolio understanding
• Basic trade/key account knowledge
• Experience in analyzing data and deriving insights

• Comfortable in dealing with data and a lot of varied datasets
