Role Description:
To support the Modern Off-Trade Analyst Manager in analytical pieces, routine reporting, and analyses. The role may have requirements in managing administrative work - i.e. processing account's financial commitments to retailers/ 3rd parties but will not be the core component
Main Responsibilities:
- Review on production fixed overheads budget.
- Reviews and explains significant variances on actual, budget, and forecast for total production fixed overheads
- Analyse & provide improvement recommendations on logistics & warehousing cost
- As a business partner to support the stakeholder team by providing key analysis and insights for decision making.
- Monthly result updates & analysis on Supply Chain fixed overheads for respective functions in Supply Chain.
- Be involved in Supply Chain Projects, particularly on route to market – warehousing & logistics and operation process improvement.
- Assist to provide financial insight to Head of Supply Chain Finance cases business cases related to FOH.
- Drive Process Improvement/automation (Speed & Simplicity process) related to Supply Chain Finance.
- Prepare and review yearly Annual Plan (AP) with the Head of Supply Chain Finance and respective Supply Chain functions.
- Perform monthly reviews on stock development and identify the reasons for major deviations
- Participate in stock count & cycle count results with variances analysis and recommendation on improvement actions
- Verify in-house stocks write-off
