Your role

As an Account Payable Intern at Heineken Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Checking and verifying supplier invoices.
• Entering invoices into the account payables system in SAP.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliation reports.
• Prepare monthly cost analysis report.
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Training & development

Heineken Malaysia provides training to develop job and other skills such as Excel and PowerPoint, presentation skills, and tax / GST training. In addition, you will be exposed to real-life projects, supported by a line manager who will guide and coach you throughout your journey.
