Responsibilities:

• Contact person between warehouse and PRD team
• To secure all items been delivered to PRD with good quality and enough quantity, pass to returns team for next process
• To secure all items being returned back to WH after PRD
• To make sure all parcel HQ staff been delivered on time
• Collaboration with the PRS team for delivery items
• To ensure all picking items are done in a timely and in good condition
• To ensure early prep for items that need to pick from the cold room

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Logistics, Operations or Business field
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An excellent team player
• Proficient in excel or other data tools
• Possess GDL license
