Your role

You will be part of the Platform Service team. The aim of the team is to provide ZALORA’s strategic brand partners with tailored solutions that will help partners grow their business, ranging from fulfillment to marketing, to digital e-Production and data analytics. Here are your responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze internal and external market data to derive business insights and form commercial insights on business performances or new business opportunities
• To take co-ownership in management reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis
• To support the team on a variety of projects, co-managing small to medium projects with cross-functional teams to align across stakeholders
• Lead/ co-lead business initiatives to improve the scope and quality of clients needs

Training & development

ZALORA prepares well the training, workshop, and sharing sessions for the development of interns. In this role you will be involved in Data analysis, Overseeing projects, and Management Reporting. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with the various teams and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure.

• Nimble, agile, able to nurture relationships and to handle the job effectively
