Your role

As a Marketplace Marketing & Brand Management Intern (Lifestyle) at Zalora Malaysia, you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Onboarding team & Seller HelpDesk to master ZALORA’s seller operating systems (Seller Centre).
  • Assist with the acquisition of new lifestyle brands that are suitable for Zalora.
  • Drive awareness marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels such as Facebook (Collaborative Ads) and Zalora's own marketing platform to grow the onboarded new brands.
  • Plan, propose, and execute the implementation of paid ad campaigns across Facebook.
  • Experience in multiple digital marketing channels- Facebook (Collaborative Ads), Google Ads, etc. Understand marketing metrics and KPIs, continuously suggest improvements to campaign performance to optimize ROI and hence ensure successful campaigns being run.
  • Creation of digital marketing content.
  • Work on identifying Key Opinion Leaders suitable for Zalora Lifestyle to improve our social media strategy.
  • Assisting with basic analytics on brand and campaign performance.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.
