IT Support Intern will assist in the ZALORA Regional Fulfillment Center's daily operation on maintaining computer, mobile, and network devices.  IT Infra department is the most critical pillar to ensure ZALORA Regional Fulfillment Center can be smoothly operated to fulfill customer purchases from a few regions.    

Duties and responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners. 
• Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more).
• Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.
• Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
• Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.

Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day activities of the Platform Services team, ensure timely & accurate reporting to ZALORA’s strategic brand partners
• Coordinate with Regional data analytics teams (Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse) on data requirements, inclusive of data availability & accuracy
• Drive improvements in sales & inventory reporting, inclusive of discrepancy investigation and reconciliations as well as all related communication
• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders and manage project communication and coordination
• Own continuous improvements within the Platform Services team, identify best practices, and standardize it
• Monitor and ensure performance, quality, and KPIs of the Platform Services team are met

Training & development
