Your role

IT Support Intern will assist in the ZALORA Regional Fulfillment Center's daily operation on maintaining computer, mobile, and network devices.  IT Infra department is the most critical pillar to ensure ZALORA Regional Fulfillment Center can be smoothly operated to fulfill customer purchases from a few regions.    

Duties and responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers, and scanners. 
• Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (eg. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker, and more).
• Respond promptly to service users' issues and requests.
• Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
• Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects such as testing new technology on hardware and software.

Salary & benefits

The estimated salary for an Intern at ZALORA is MYR 8400 per year.

 About you

• Respond promptly to service users' issues and requests.

• Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
• Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software system.
• Systems to work well independently and as part of a larger team.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and, manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities.
• Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
• Deadline-driven.
• Willing to work in the Shah Alam area.
• In the process of completing a bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Interest in working for the eCommerce industry.
