Your role

As an HR Operations Intern at ZALORA Malaysia, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Support HR operations team with day-to-day HR administrative works including personnel file administration and audit
• Perform data entry and contract preparation for renewal cases
• Assist in benefits administration and attend to employees’ inquiries
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned

Training & development

ZALORA Malaysia prepares training, workshops, and sharing sessions to support the personal growth and skill development of interns. In this role, you will be involved in the maintenance of the platform performance with the operation team. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with the team and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure.

About you

• Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Demonstrates proactiveness and good attitudes 
• Duration: 6 months
