Your role:

  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a secure environment for employees, visitors, rs, and contractors. 
  • To schedule the duty rosters of the security personnel (UAG) for shift work and monitor their deployment to meet the operational need and daily analysis and big sales events. 
  • To help lead and train all security guards to ensure good self-discipline that e and all Security Standard Operating Procedures are always complied with.
  • To conduct briefings and communication with all security personnel to ensure security matters are immediately updated and resolved.
  • Responsible for assisting organizations to develop, maintain and continually improve the TAPA FSR Certification system. 
  • Conduct security investigations for purposes to prepare a detailed report with correction and corrective actions about losses, thefts, damages, and compliance violations
  • Analyze and inspect the warehouse security conditions to identify and address potential security risks that will impact the organization, ion, employees, and visitors. 
  • To make recommendations regarding security issues at the fulfillment center by  conducting security risk assessment  and security audits 
  • Responsible for the efficient overall day-of-day operation of security systems (security alarm system, CCTV, I, DS, Motion Sensors, etc.) 
  • To execute emergency response plans when required.
  • Carry out any other instructions from the employer or any person in charge of the place of work on any matters about security or other company-related matters.

The estimated salary for an Executive - Security at ZALORA is MYR 30,000.
