Your role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will do the following tasks:

  • Provide an amazing, personalized experience for each customer.
  • Effectively and proactively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues through emails and calls.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Quick to identify solutions in the best interest of both; the customer and the company.

About you
