Your role:

  • Create and produce visually engaging content for creative digital marketing campaigns and strategies to drive excitement and engagement
  • Co-own the creative direction of CRM’s content and storytelling
  • Ensure all touchpoints and micro-moments are served with the right creative content to best engage the customer
  • Keep a fresh design, look, and feel to stay true to our brand identity whilst being relevant and sensitive to changing times
  • Suggest new ideas for designing the user experience and content for continual experimentation
  • Create and own a process that allows for efficient long-term scalability
  • Utilise digital technology and creativity to push the boundaries of the CRM experience

Salary & benefits:

The estimated salary for a Graphic Designer at ZALORA is MYR 28,800. But it may vary from MYR 28,000 - MYR,29000.

About you:

  • Highly proficient in creative design and user experience
  • Highly proficient in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, proficiency in Chinese (Traditional) and Malay a plus
  • Passionate about delivering fashion effectively to customers through creativity, storage, telling, and digital technology
  • Enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced environment
  • Highly adaptable, meticulous, and able to think critically
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
  • Diligent and organised in execution
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in HTML is a plus
