Your role

As a Central Planning Analyst, you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage the current version of the Weekly Sales Stock Intake (WSSI) and Intake Planner - roll up all the teams' input, set up, and lead the monthly WSSI review.
• Drive WSSI and Intake Planner design, development, and implementation for new, granular planning processes across the region and business functions.
• Evaluate and integrate WSSI and Intake Planner with other master data, transactional data, and reporting systems.
• Support decision-making in evaluating new use cases for other planning tools' implementation.
• Project manage the weekly commercial trade meeting and planning meeting as well as seasonal budget planning process - ensure memos are updated in a timely manner, document key actions, and track progress.
• Support the country teams in planning and reporting processes, creating standards, and improving efficiencies.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop excel-based tools to support strategic commercial decision-making.
• Liaise with finance and operations teams to respectively support cash flow and warehouse capacity forecasting based on intake plans.

About you
