We are looking for a driven Partner Services & Support Intern to join the team in support of Marketplace growth. The Partner Services & Support Intern will be responsible for supporting the team with the overall planning and execution of B2B marketing strategies. This role is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct marketing research, analysis, and planning to promote ZALORA’s B2B services.
• Research new channels, and partnerships, and generate new business opportunities through B2B marketing.
• Assist to develop and execute content on ZALORA’s social media platforms and corporate website.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to compile necessary information and materials needed for marketing.
• Responsible for regular reporting on the performance of all marketing activities conducted.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
• Basic English copywriting skill.
• Good knowledge in video and image editing tools is a bonus.
• Desire to achieve results, attention to, details, and willingness to face challenges with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and people skills.
