Your role

As a Brand Partnership Intern, you will gain invaluable experience collaborating with renowned brands, shaping advertising strategies, and driving revenue growth. 

As a ZAP Ad-Ops Intern at ZALORA, you will play a pivotal role in building meaningful relationships with our partners and driving the success of our advertising initiatives. Working closely with the Brand Partnership team, you will have the opportunity to explore various facets of marketing, advertising operations, campaign reporting, and tech development. This internship will give you valuable exposure to the fashion industry while honing your skills in communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.

Key tasks

  • Inbound Marketing Enquiries: Assist in managing and responding to inbound marketing inquiries from our partners, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Brand Asset Management: Support in the coordination of Creative Assets with partner Brands and ZALORA Creative services 
  • Advertising Operations (Pre): Support the team in executing pre-campaign activities, such as ad inventory management, campaign scheduling, and creative asset coordination.
  • Advertising Operations (Post): Collaborate with the team to analyze post-campaign data, monitor performance metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Campaign Reporting: Help prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, utilizing data analytics tools and visualizations to highlight key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Preparation of Upcoming Mega Day Events: Contribute to the preparation and execution of major promotional events, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Brainstorming Revenue-Driving Solutions: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies to boost revenue, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Tech Development for Ads Solution Platform: Assist in the development and testing of our ads solution platform, working alongside our tech team to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • External Communication Materials: Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative communication materials for our partners, including presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
