  • We offer an opportunity to dive into our fulfillment center processes and share some improvement ideas based on lean approaches which are beneficial to new fresh graduates to further their study and knowledge of lean management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To involve, handle and improve 5S audits across departments
  • Follow up on the PSS and involve in the execution of the PSS
  • Conduct time study for the new or existing processes to find opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in supporting to develop or completing the SOP and have a final review with HOD
  • Assist in developing working instructions for every department
  • To be part of the Jedi Program as a trainer 

Skill Sets Required: 

  • Attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, basic Excel skills.
  • Can understand and interpret the instructions given.
  • Have good self-discipline and punctuality.
  • Having a basic knowledge of cycle time and lean approach.
  • High interest in doing warehouse improvement based on a lean approach.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An excellent team player
  • Proficient in excel or other data tools

Other Requirements: 

We would like to seek someone with high determination and good problem-solving skills besides fulfilling the supervisor's needs daily.
