Job Description: 

We are looking dedicated IT Business Analyst based in KL, Malaysia to join our team and work on various projects in the Capital Market, Trading System, Business expertise and support.

      Responsibilities: 

• Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements
• Design test cases & define testing approaches.
• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
• Work with vendor to resolve issues and answer user queries. 
• Assist Users during the testing phase
• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well system improvements
• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Work extended hours/ Weekends during critical phases of the project to meet the timelines of project milestones on a basis need and also be flexible with work timings. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science,  Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• SQL proficiency & experience with at least one well-known RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, IBM DBS2, MySQL. 
• Basic knowledge of scripting with Unix or Python
• Experience using Java or Python for data analysis
• Experienced in full stack end-to-end testing (Web UI, Rest API, Database). Performance testing is a plus.
• Able to communicate well in English
• Proactive with the ability to deliver tasks on-time.
• Highly committed and motivated to learn in the Financial Market.
