Your role

Business banking develops integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers through phone in promoting various Business Banking products
• Cross-sell and up-sell Business Banking products based on customers’ needs
• Promote and enhance the positive relationship with customers
• Maintain control and good quality of standard and service
• Provide resolution in a timely and effective manner to solve customer’s enquiries
• Ensure allocated targets are met and procedures/processes comply
