Read more- Handling full set of accounts for several clients including and not limited to Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP).
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statement, etc as per service agreement with clients.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and compares records to check that figures are correct and in agreement.
- Communicating with clients when necessary to gather information and discuss clients’ project goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Helping clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and consistently meeting project deadlines laid out by the client.
- Investigate and find solution for any discrepancies.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of AR/AP closing activities.
- Backup other team members when needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/ Head of Department.
