Top Glove is a Malaysian rubber glove manufacturer that also specializes in face masks, dental dams, and other products. Top Glove has grown to become the largest glove producer in the world.

Your role

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Facilitate project implementation including design documentation, system configuration, testing, rollout, and support in the SAP PP/QM/PM module. 
• Analyze/investigate current business processes/scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet business users’ change requests or improve business processes.
• Providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and training on the SAP Production Planning module to end users.
• Research and data analysis for SAP PP module.

Training & development

Top Glove's employees receive on-the-job coaching and training and are engaged in professional classroom development. This is to ensure they are equipped with competencies needed for their present job as well as future advancement. Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning.

The working hours for this position are regular hours from Monday to Friday, one Saturday in. The workload is also reasonable. You can enjoy your free time outside of work. There won't be a call or message on your off day. The employer appreciates your work-life balance.

In general, Top Glove is a good place to learn many new things as the manufacturing process is quite complicated.
