Your role

Top Glove is on the lookout for young talents and experienced professionals with quality mindsets. As the world’s largest rubber glove manufacturer, they are continuously expanding rapidly, and invite qualified individuals to join and grow with Top Glove.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting purchasing & store operations or activities.
• Sourcing and evaluating reliable vendors and maintaining good vendor customer relations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on VO for hardware, latex, maintenance items, and miscellaneous items.
• Checking and acknowledge Delivery orders and Invoices and submit to the Account department.
• Purchase, delivery planning, delivery control, and stock control of chemicals, latex, and nitrile.
• Deal with suppliers on any quality issue, product sample, pricing & appointment.
• Assist to prepare a monthly purchasing report.
• In charge of selling scrap, metal, waste lumps/sludge, and garbage disposal.
• To work closely with other departments throughout the company.
• Prepare and send necessary letters to suppliers.
• To work closely with assigned Mentors for a better understanding of the work process of workflow within the Top Glove Group of Companies.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
