Your role

As a Human Resources Intern at Top Glove, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

• To manage employee’s wellness assessment, consultation, implementation of necessary medical or lifestyle intervention, and follow-up monitoring according to the employee’s need.
• To plan and implement health events for different target groups in various approaches, to promote healthy lifestyles and awareness among all employees.
• To monitor, evaluate, and improve the canteen’s hygiene maintenance and food healthiness performance abiding by the company’s requirements.
• To plan and execute nutritious and hygienic meal plans for all company events.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.

Training & development

In general, Top Glove's employees receive on-the-job coaching and training and are engaged in professional classroom development. This is to ensure they are equipped with competencies needed for their present job as well as future advancement. Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning.

Work-life balance

The working hours may depend on your job level, but generally, the office hours at Top Glove start from 08.30 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday.

About you

• Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
• Qualified knowledge and experience in nutrition, health & wellness.
• Able to perform wellness assessment and consultation independently.
• Experience in health events implementation.
• Critical thinking, proactive, strong teamwork.
