Your role
As a Human Resources Intern at Top Glove, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:
Execute the latest directive on Human Resources matters.
Liaise with Government Authorities on matters related to Human Resources such as Labour and Immigration Department.
Coordinate with Human Resource Personnel from respective factories of the worker's welfare meeting and agenda.
Assist during sports and event functions organized by the company.
Prepare necessary documentation on Domestic Inquiry.
Assist in vetting documents received from Personnel from other departments before sending them to their office for approval, comments, and feedback.
Attend to foreign workers' disciplinary issues.
Assist in compiling data to prepare Group Human Resource Meetings and Departmental Meetings.
Take minutes of meetings and follow up on matters raised in a meeting of Group Human Resource and Departmental Meetings.
Manage and conduct gotong-royong sessions in workers' hostels as per schedule.
Lead the Human Resource Sports Club Committee.
Assist in performing follow-ups on behalf of Senior Human Resource Personnel.
Required to complete one project under their department.
Required to participate in or organize one Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
Required to do a final presentation on their departmental project & CSR program on the last week of internship.
Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
