Your role

As an HR Officer at Top Glove, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage new Foreign Workers (FW) intake by taking charge of the following responsibilities with the advice of the Human Resource Manager and Management.
• Make arrangements to prepare the necessary documents, VO, and bank draft to obtain stickers for new arrivals.
• FW permit renewal.
• Manage, coordinate, and prepare documentation for workers-related matters.
• Update local and FW details in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
• Manage, coordinate, and prepare necessary documentation for insurance claims (LONPAC).
• Organize workers' welfare meetings.
• To perform Spot Check activity as per schedule in workers' hostels to ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline is maintained at all time.
• To answer incoming and outgoing calls.
• To attend the factory meeting. To take & type the factory meeting minutes.
• Human Resources Administration:
  • Prepare Human Resource reports, data, and meeting slides.
  • Coordinate the factory cleanliness campaign and prepare the necessary slides for the Management Meeting.
  • Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior
  • The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
