Your role

In this role, you will have the responsibilities below:

• Assist on interco charge for lecy, salary, rental, etc.
• Post and check GRIR.
• Follow up on an outstanding invoice.
• Help to analyze management reports.
• Month-end payroll process.
• Checking on worker attendance.
• Analyse workers' OT to ensure compliance with.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Degree/Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
