Your role

As an Executive Information Technology at Top Glove, you will do the following tasks:

• Able to lead a team with strong leadership skills.
• Participate in full mobile application development life cycle.
• Work closely with the back-end team to accomplish the business and technical requirements.
• Working in a team to Design, develop, and test mobile applications for the IOS & Android platform or Hybris platform.
• Works to keep informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile software development.
• Create prototypes to explore design ideas, and support usability testing.
• Apply techniques for cross-browser and cross-platform interface development.
• Participate in brainstorming ideas and knowledge sharing with the team.
• Familiar with mobile apps database (MSSQL, SQL).
• Perform unit tests and user acceptance tests. 
• Roll out and support business users after Go Live.
• Good in troubleshooting with analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
