Your role

• To be responsible the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meets the requirement.
• Responsible for Quality Management of Product and In-Process activities.
• Monitoring QA activities to achieve maximum quality and productivity.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meets customer requirements at all time.
• Assist Quality Manager in Establishing, Implementing and Maintaining the quality Standard Operating Procedures(SOP).
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the Quality Management System.
• To check on the QA data analysis and inform to the Production regarding the production problem from time to time.
• Ensure the QA personnel are doing their job correctly and provide adequate training when necessary.
• Interface with Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are accordance with approved requirements.
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• To ensure the SOP and all documentation related to ISO 9001 & GMP are maintained and up to date.
• Write or review technical and performance specifications, quality levels, sampling plans, and inspection procedures.
• Identify areas where specifications & procedures are lacking or lack compliance.
• Motivate the work force to optimize productivity, quality improvement and efficiency.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Salary & benefits

The estimated total pay for a QA Engineer at Top Glove is MYR 3,250 per month. This number represents the median, which is the midpoint of the ranges from proprietary Total Pay Estimate model and based on salaries collected from users. The estimated base pay is MYR 3,000 per month.

About you

• Degree in Chemistry/ Engineering or any related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
