Your role

As an Engineer, Group Engineering at Top Glove, you will do the following tasks:

• Discuss with the marketing planning team on nitrile and latex orders allocation and to combine planning for the whole TG based on the factory centralized product.
• Overview of the TG nitrile group orders leads time and selling price.
• Centralized nitrile product dipping by proposing and studying over group product family from time to time to reduce product changeover among factories.
• Control nitrile stock level for every factory to ensure a healthy level.
• Plan the allocation of the new product and follow up with the factory, marketing, and RND center on the new product launching progress.
• Always foresee nitrile orders trend in the market together with the marketing team. This can prevent the factory faced on shortage of orders at the last minute.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
