Your role

As a Chairman Office Intern at Top Glove, you will be accountable for the following tasks & responsibilities:

• To handle general administration duties (attend phone calls, set up meeting room, conduct assembly, labeling).
• To handle office cleanliness.
• Involved in admin jobs such as filling documents, and key-in data using computer database Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
• To send & collect documents from HQ to factory Admin.
• To do production, packing, cleanliness & CCTV spot checks at the factory.
• To assist in coordinating all activities organized by the Admin Department (gotong royong, staff welfare events, Birthday Lunch, etc.).
• Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Training & development

This is to ensure they are equipped with competencies needed for their present job as well as future advancement. Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning.

Work-life balance

The working hours may depend on your job level, but generally, the office hours at Top Glove start from 08.30 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, and one Saturday.
