About Tongle Enterprise

Tongle is a company that focuses on improving everyone’s mental wellness by challenging the negative stigma and encouraging mental health literacy through a community approach. We provide mental health training workshops, programs, and counseling sessions for corporate clients and the public. Tongle hopes to move mental health awareness into action. We encourage individuals to self-care for themselves first before providing peer support to people around them.

We are currently looking for Business Intern, below are the job responsibilities:

  • Identifying Industry and channel-specific need gaps and opportunities (Assist in seeking out and identifying new business opportunities) 
  • Assisting in competitor analysis for new programs/services (Assist in collecting data and creation of analysis for market trends and new programs)
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of new ideas, including program launching, sell-in, and growth plans.
  • Liaising with the marketing/creative department for the design, distribution, and implementation of wellness initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support to the BD team with tasks related to the sales process and customer engagement work (Assist with BD team in fostering and developing relationships with customers/clients)
  • Assisting in matters related to office operations and administrative matters.
  • Preparing BD materials and ad-hoc reports such as sales data, marketing one-pagers, briefs, etc.
  • Ensure proper tracking of the organization’s documentation for record and easy retrieval.
  • Undertake to support any ad hoc or new tasks and projects as and when necessary.
