Job description

  • Support strategic projects to drive platform and creator growth and achieve multiple targets
  • Able to conduct large-scale data-based research with moderate guidance. Collaborate with cross-function teams or regional teams to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions to derive findings and recommendations
  • Communicate with back-end support teams to keep optimizing infrastructure construction
  • Coordinate related ops team resources to ensure the normal and orderly development and implementation of the projects
  • Conduct consistent tracking of project performance metrics as required

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Actively enrolled University student who can work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills, and good at visualizing data or analysis results English and Malay Bahasa proficiency is a must
  • Internship experience in large e-commerce platforms, leading consulting, or Internet companies is a plus
  • Good understanding of the e-commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, live streaming, and digital trends landscape

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Have relatively strong stress resistance and flexibility, bubbling personality
