Your role

Production Specialists process wafers of different technologies and support the manufacturing operations at either a wafer fab or assembly test site.

Wafer fabs:

In wafer fabs, Production Specialists operate various equipment in performing functions such as aligning, masking, etching, and diffusion.

Assembly test sites:

Production Specialists perform specific AT semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. They operate various equipment in performing functions such as test, tap, and reel or mark and pack. This role is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of manual, automatic, or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company’s products.

Training, development & rotations

Texas Instruments offers full-time rotation programs for many of the roles. The rotation programs are a great way to explore different areas of the company and figure out where you fit in. You get to move around, work with different teams, learn from technical experts and connect with other new graduates.
