Ergonomics Specialist null

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards
• Identify the site Environmental, Health and Safety training needs and coordinating to organize the training programs
• Assist in the accident/incident investigation and recommend improvement or preventive measures
• Maintain a documentation system to keep corporate and mandatory Environmental, Health and Safety rules or regulations, communication materials, inspection and audit reports to ensure that the major activities are properly documented according to needs
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to site by leading safety committee team and meetings
• Provide engineering leadership and support for Environmental, Health and Safety regulatory interpretations and EHS considerations for management of change
• Act as site industrial hygiene coordinator for chemical, noise and food responsibilities
• Provide leadership for site Environmental, Health and Safety programs such as but not limited to fall protection, LOTO, machine guarding, ventilation, management of change, contractor safety, confined space, radiation safety, chemical safety and respirator

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, Chemical or any related field 
• Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of relevant experience
