Your role

This program aims to equip Malaysian graduates with the necessary skills and experience to thrive in the corporate world. In addition, the program provides the graduate with relevant knowledge, skills, exposure, and tools to increase their value for employability to the market. You will be involved in Telekom Malaysia's projects.

Training & development

TM / GITN Protege RTW (Ready To Work) Program at Telekom Malaysia is an 8-month program that blends intensive soft skills classroom training and on-the-job training opportunities, offering practical skills and real-life experience to a build strong foundation for a successful future.

Program Structure:

• 1 Month of Soft skill training at MMU
• 7 months of On-the-Job Training at TM / GITN
