Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Actively participate in meetings with requestors to gather and understand their communication needs.
• Assist in building accurate contact lists.
• Help with proofreading communications to guarantee clarity and error-free delivery.
• Building and sending out communications.
• Create post-mailing analytics and analyze key metrics like bounce rate, click rate, delivery rate, etc.
• Support the team with content creation and management of Swift.com.

Requirements for this internship:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program at a university.
• Active listener.
• Detail-oriented.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• You are a team player who is eager to learn from experienced professionals.
• You are diligent, well-organized, and have a continuous improvement mindset.
• You have a can-do attitude and apply common sense.
• You’re comfortable voicing your ideas.
