Internal HR training organizing & preparation together with HRBP:
Pre-Training: Create a training plan for each quarter, Book training dates, Set up the classes in LMS, Schedule WebEx/Teams meetings, Raise training PR’s in SAP, Communicate and advertise training via Training Pulse & APAC Training Calendar, Regularly check on class registration status in LMS, Apply for HRDF Grant
During Training: Ensure trainers are able to start meeting and claim host role, Observe training, trainer delivery, and participant engagement, Be on standby to assist with any technical difficulties
Post-Training: Reach out to trainers to get their feedback on the class, Download training attendance report from Webex, Deliver classes in LMS, Go through evaluation forms to evaluate training, Liaise with Training Provider to provide supporting documents for HRDF Claims, Apply for HRDF Claims, Participate in training cancellation fees report review
Newcomer Virtual Corporate Onboarding Day (COD) organizing & preparation:
Pre-COD: Send reminders to newcomers to highly recommend them to join the virtual COD, Schedule Team meetings, Send meeting invites to the speakers & audiences, and share the participants list with the speakers for their reference
During COD: Facilitate the COD & be on standby in case there’s any assistance needed from the speakers
Post COD: Download attendance report from Teams, Deliver classes in LMS, Go through training evaluation summary report & share the report to the speakers for their attention
Plan & Facilitate APAC HRBP with APAC L&D alignment meeting, to update on the happenings in L&D, brainstorm ideas for HR Academy & discuss on L&D related issues that arise
Preparing data sources for the training outcome, feedback into the dashboard, or meaning report (intend to expand this into the Global dashboard)

Preferred internship seeker currently pursuing under grade or post-grade degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Psychology/Marketing/Commerce or other relevant fields of study.
Attention to detail and self-driven.
