Your role

Sony FreshMinds Program invites young and vibrant graduates into Sony’s workforce enabling fresh spirited ideas and creativities to be entrenched throughout a mutual journey of success.

Successful candidates will go through a 12 months mentorship program starting from March 2023 till February 2024 (the actual start date of the program may be subject to change) which will bring them through a journey of developing career skills and competencies exposing them to different functions like retail marketing, marketing and sales in Sony (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Training & development 

In this program, you’ll receive valuable hands-on experience and working knowledge while interacting with top business leaders and completing challenging objectives. Every day, you’ll receive practical training, participate in special projects and take advantage of networking opportunities.

Career progression

Sony does not specifically mention career progression after participants finished this FreshMinds Program. However, on their official site, it's stated that this program will get you to Talent Management where you would be propelled into the fast-track for career development under Sony Talent Management Program beyond the 15 months. For those who rise above the rest, Fresh Mind could lead to regular, full-time positions and the beginning of a Sony career. Work life balance

The working hours at Sony Malaysia head office is regularly from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Most employees state that working here is fairly good for work-life balance as well.

About you

• Bachelor Degree with CGPA of not less than 3.0 or equivalent
• Good command of English with high level of adaptability skill to excel in all situation
• Completed all studies and not more than 3 months of full-time working experience
