Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

To monitor and record the overall system of the WFI (Water for Injection) system ie; online TOC, and Conductivity.
Prepare chemical solutions for the WFI system as needed.
To report to Engineering Supervisor/Production Manager/QC Manager on any abnormality found on the WFI system.
To troubleshoot any problem or malfunction of any part of the WFI system as what has been trained.
To assist QA/QC personnel during any water sampling exercise.
To monitor and control the inventory of the chemicals needed for the WFI system and to raise orders if found insufficient
To follow safety procedures at all times during the mixing of chemicals for the WFI system.
To maintain good hygiene of the WFI system and the surrounding area of the room
To follow cGMP requirements in handling the WFI system.
To assist the engineering team with the preventive maintenance of the WFI system.
To complete any other task or assignment given by the superior.
