Sales and Marketing Executive null

Responsibilities:

• Support sales and marketing activities by assisting with various related, including the preparation of quotes, proposals, and tender bid documents. Help coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries, providing product information, and effectively resolving any issues or complaints. Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
• Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all required information is obtained and recorded. Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to facilitate timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials, including the development of layout and production design for product catalogs, brochures, leaflets, social media content, and sales presentations. Ensure that these materials are up-to-date, accurate, and readily accessible to the sales team.
• Keep the superior and Head of Department informed about the outcome of sales activities or the assigned tasks.
• Assist the Manager in preparing regular sales reports and commercial documents such as invoices, and delivery orders. Support the Management team in following up on payments.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
