Project Manager (Contract) null

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate, supervise and monitor team members’ work progress
• Planning & organizing projects work schedule
• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations
• Increase production while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Plan to organize production activities, production meetings, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
• Monitor the prevailing working conditions and ensures safe working practices.
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance
• Inspect fabrication works to detect defects or malfunctions
• Keep costs within budget
• Requisition materials from supplier and to ensure accurate stock takes are carried out as required
• Planning & organizing daily work schedule to call on & visit existing/potential customers & distributions and to increase the numbers of customers
• Obtains orders & providing technical services
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Monitoring and maintaining work performance with given Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Address employees’ issues or grievances.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity & result reports such as weekly call/visit reports & weekly work plans
• Participating in ad-hoc request

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of working experience
