Description:

• Maintaining good services of production machinery and equipment in production & warehouse.
• Scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance for production machines and equipment.
• Coordinating and monitoring contractors' activities for machinery repair and refurbishment.
• To be involved in all calibration programs related to production measuring devices of machinery and equipment
• Maintaining & ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (NPRA) and Safety Health and Environment standards. 
• Involve in all issues such as breakdown, adjustment or improvement activities related to the operation of production machinery and equipment. 
• Adhere to all Pharmaceutical cGMP requirements and the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering Guidelines(ISPE)
• Assist utility technicians in their routine tasks when needed.
• Oversees the production machinery & equipment performance together with production personnel.
• To involve in any investigation on NC & CAPA related to production machinery& equipment.
• To be trained and qualified in Sterile Process Assurance Program
• Attend to the ad-hoc request by the superior.
