Read moreTo assist Logistic department – SGB in the following tasks:
- Assist Logistic department in preparation of packing and liasing with courier services & forwarders.
- Assist in arranging and handling of freight, the movement of finished goods and necessary receiving.
- Assist in sourcing and comparing freight charges.
- Assist in negotiation with the forwarder to obtain good payment and delivery terms.
- Assist in preparation of shipping documents such as invoice, delivery order, packing list and etc.
- Assist in updating inbound and outbound record and ensuring that all shipping documents/ instruction are filled properly.
- Keep the supervisor and Head of Department informed on the progress of the assigned task.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and Head of Department.
