Your role

In this role, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• To carry out home checks, site visits, and installation when required.
• Executing on-site service and maintenance-related jobs.
• To perform housekeeping duties within the required area.
• To assist in system testing and commissioning if required.
• System training to end users.
• To inform the team leader in advance of other items/materials/tools required to conduct the job.
• To ensure safety-related matters are in order while performing a job.
• To ensure good quality of work.
• To carry out dynamic and dedicated work at the site.
• To ensure layout/report is ready after a home check.
• To participate in stock checks if required.
• To keep the store/warehouse tidy and clean whenever enter.
• To uphold the corporate core values of Respect & Responsibility, Enterprising, Excellence, and Integrity.
• To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
• To ensure compliance and conformance to the Sime Darby Berhad Group Policies and Authorities (GPA), Code of Business Conduct (COBC), and any applicable policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures issued by the Company and/or the Group as well as any such applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Company is operating.
